Ecol-Unicon publishes its first Sustainability Report and sets ambitious ESG goals for the future

We are pleased to announce the publication of our first Sustainability Report, which appeared in June 2025. This document not only summarizes our activities undertaken in 2024 but, above all, sets the directions we will follow in the coming years.
A conscious step towards responsibility
As Ecol-Unicon, we decided to report voluntarily, even though we are not formally subject to mandatory ESG reporting (in accordance with the CSRD directive). However, we are a responsible participant in the water and sewage market and feel a special responsibility for protecting water resources and the natural environment. We are also prioritizing transparency towards all our stakeholders.
In 2024, we conducted an internal ESG audit, which allowed us to take a holistic look at our impact in three key areas: environmental, social, and corporate governance. The actions described in the document reflect the ESG strategy adopted by the company in 2024, integrating it with the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
Directions for action for 2025 and subsequent years
As a result of the internal ESG audit, we defined specific actions that became the foundation of our sustainable development strategy.
In the environmental area, we are focusing on developing and implementing a decarbonization strategy. We are also preparing a comprehensive environmental policy that is intended to address the climate and regulatory challenges facing the industry.
In the social sphere, we are already taking steps in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. We are building a work environment based on professionalism, respect, safety, and free from discrimination. We use tools that support the health and comfort of employees.
Furthermore, in the area of corporate governance, we stand firmly on the foundation of our values. We are working to ensure that ethical standards are applied not only within the company but also throughout the entire value chain.

Our mission is not just to provide products and services in the water and sewage industry. It is to be a partner in building a sustainable and resilient future. Ecol-Unicon invests in innovative solutions in water and wastewater management, retention, and environmental automation. This helps local governments and enterprises adapt to climate change. We want to actively support our Clients in achieving their own ESG goals. We offer solutions based on modern technologies, low emissions, energy efficiency, and the circular economy.
In accordance with the adopted strategy, we assume cyclical progress reporting, transparency of actions, and openness to dialogue with stakeholders. The full report, which is an internal document, is made available upon the explicit request of Stakeholders.
