Delivery, assembly and start-up of two large double pre-treatment systems:

Lamella separator ESL-Z 560/5600 – 4 pcs.

  • separator chamber dimensions 6000 mm / 4500 mm,
  • nominal capacity of the system 560 l/s,
  • maximum capacity 5,600 l/s

Two-chamber vortex settling tanks EOW-2 – 4 pcs.

  • diameter of the first chamber: 6000 mm,
  • diameter of the second chamber 3000 mm,
  • nominal capacity of the system 560 l/s,
  • maximum capacity 5,600 l/s,
  • capacity of the sediment section 104 m3,
  • permissible height of the sediment layer 54 cm

Delivery, assembly and start-up of two small double pre-treatment systems:

Lamella separator ESL-Z 100/1000 – 2 pcs.

  • separator chamber dimension 2500 mm
  • nominal capacity of the system 100 l/s,
  • maximum capacity 1000 l/s,
  • actual capacity of the sedimentary part 790 dm3,
  • 1950 dm3 oil storage capacity.

Two-chamber vortex sedimentation tanks EOW-2 100/1000 – 2 pcs.

  • diameter of the first chamber 2500 mm,
  • diameter of the second chamber 1500 mm,
  • nominal capacity of the system 100 l/s,
  • maximum capacity 1000 l/s
  • capacity of the sediment area 8.7 m3,
  • permissible height of the sediment layer 52 cm,
  • single pre-treatment system EOW + ESL-Z 40/400

Overfill, oil level and sediment alarms with GSM modem have been installed in the systems. The whole is powered by 4 triple solar systems.

Applied solutions

The system includes:

  • 6 groups of tanks – 1720 m 3 in total, all with similar equipment
    and metering
  • valve with electric drive and radar water level measurement,
  • 2 valves (supply and emptying of tanks) with electric drives,
  • separator with a bypass and a tank for oil derivatives,
  • hydrant feed pump,
  • meter of water quality and conductivity
  • water level sensors in tanks

The scope of work included:

  1. Development of a local precipitation model, local reference hyetograms and computer hydrodynamic models.
  2. Development of complete project documentation and obtaining the necessary arrangements, decisions, permits for the performance of the contract.
  3. Delivery and installation of the Bumerang Smart software along with the necessary equipment for its operation, controlling water retention rainfall:

    • electrically controlled drives on gate valves
    • quality monitoring of retained rainwater
    • network controlled valves
    • monitoring of the filling of the cross-sections of the rainwater drainage system below the tanks
    • installation of a rain gauge and a weather forecast monitoring subsystem
  4. Execution of construction works
  5. System implementation and user training
  6. The system will control and optimize the operation of the retention reservoirs installed along the existing storm sewage collectors using the latest weather data and specially created models hydrodynamics.
