TCM reinforced concrete tanks
Prefabricated reinforced concrete tanks
They are one of the essential elements for effective water management
Thanks to their versatility, they can be used as HYDROZONE retention tanks, fire-fighting tanks, and non-draining tanks. Made of high-quality structural concrete, they guarantee durability and reliability. By choosing EU-TCM tanks, you invest in safety, cost-effectiveness, and environmentally friendly solutions for your project. Due to their versatility, they are used not only as retention tanks in the HYDROZONE series but also as firefighting or sealed tanks. Depending on the needs, they can be installed in vertical or horizontal configurations. Made of high-quality structural concrete, they guarantee durability and reliability.
Benefits of use
Expandable – the tank can be expanded with additional modules, adapting it to the Hydrozone series tanks.
Integration with pre-treatment systems – the tank can be integrated with a pre-treatment system, such as an oil separator and settler.
Reduced infrastructure load – the tanks reduce the risk of overloading sewage systems, contributing to their increased durability.
Versatility of installation – the tanks can be adapted for installation in both green areas and trafficked zones.
Support for designers – tools and documentation available to designers facilitate the design process.
Application
Due to their versatility and durability, TCM tanks are used in various urban and industrial infrastructure areas. Here are a few key areas, where they can be utilised:
- retention tanks,
- infiltration tanks,
- tanks with systems allowing for the use of rainwater,
- slurry tanks,
- firefighting tanks.
Construction
- TCM tanks are made from reinforced concrete modules, which are available in a standard width of 6 metres. The modular construction allows for flexible adaptation of the tank to specific installation conditions and minimises the risk of execution errors due to production repeatability.
- The construction made from high-quality concrete provides excellent chemical resistance, eliminating the need for internal protective coatings. The tightness of the structure is ensured by elastomeric seals and steel couplings, while the monolithic slope facilitates cleaning by preventing the accumulation of contaminants.
- TCM tanks can be installed in both vertical and horizontal configurations, with a maximum volume of 36.5 m³ per element. The closing elements are flat, and the construction allows for installation in both non-trafficked and trafficked areas, considering appropriate load conditions. Additionally, manholes made from DN1000 rings are mounted on the covers, equipped with stainless steel ladders and hatches according to PN-EN 14396, allowing access to the tank’s interior.
