Ecol‑Unicon, in partnership with Prespa, delivered a complete rainwater treatment system for a newly constructed car wash station in Lithuania. The project involved supplying a fully integrated line of treatment products tailored to manage runoff effectively, ensuring reliability and environmental compliance. Construction works were scheduled to be completed within a few months. The project was completed within the planned timeframe and delivered in accordance with quality and performance expectations.

Scope of work

  1. Delivery and installation of a horizontal settling tank EOS 2000/5,0, with:
  • Active volume: 5 m³
  • Total weight: 10750 kg
  • Sediment layer thickness: 80 cm
  • Inlet/outlet diameter: DN 200 mm
  • Diameter: 2000 mm

2. Delivery of a high-efficiency coalescence separator ESK‑BH II 6/60/1200/250, featuring:

  • Nominal flow capacity: 6dm³/s
  • Total weight: 3400 kg (heaviest element: 3300 kg)
  • Oil storage volume: 220 dm³
  • Inlet/outlet diameter: DN 250 mm
  • Diameter: 1200 mm

3. Delivery of an additional coalescence separator ESK 15, with:

  • Nominal flow capacity: 15 dm³/s
  • Total weight: 2900 kg (heaviest element: 2200 kg)
  • Oil storage volume: 480 dm³
  • Inlet/outlet diameter: DN 200 mm
  • Diameter: DN 1200 mm

Applied solutions

  • The EOS 2000/5,0 horizontal settling tank provides efficient removal of sediment and coarse particles, combining robust capacity with a compact footprint, ideal for high-throughput environments. The technical specs—5 m³ active volume and an 80 cm sediment layer—ensure reliable pre-treatment of water runoff.
  • The ESK‑BH II 6/60/1200/250 separator is a high-performance oil-water separator designed to extract hydrocarbons and suspended solids. With a capacity of 6 dm³/s and a 220 dm³ oil storage volume, it ensures effective separation under high-demand conditions.
  • The ESK 15 separator, with a 15 dm³/s flow rate, offers an even greater oil retention capacity (480 dm³), making it well-suited for environments with higher pollutant loadings.
