The project included the construction of a sewage pumping station and a pre‑treatment system for the INVESTA production and storage facility in Wałcz. The pumping station was housed within a modular, prefabricated reinforced-concrete DZB tank. This implementation forms an integral part of the stormwater and industrial wastewater treatment infrastructure.
Scope of work
Ecol‑Unicon carried out the following construction works:
-
delivery and installation of the pumping station body (DN 6000);
-
delivery and installation of the pumping station equipment and hydromechanical commissioning;
-
supply of a DN 2000 sedimentation tank with a volume of 3.0 m³;
-
high-performance ESK‑B II 20/200/315 coalescence separator with bypass.
Applied solutions
-
Prefabricated DZB tank – a modular, reinforced-concrete tank offering high tightness and structural strength, easy to assemble and configurable according to local conditions (including driveable surfaces);
-
The pumping station body of diameter DN 6000 enables handling of high flows;
-
The sedimentation tank with parameters DN 2000, V = 3.0 m³ is a typical solution used in stormwater or industrial sewer systems for preliminary solids separation;
-
The ESK‑B II 20/200/315 coalescence separator is a high-efficiency Class I device, equipped with a sedimentation chamber, coalescence filter, and bypass, designed to treat stormwater containing hydrocarbons and suspended solids at a nominal flow of 20 dm³/s. Thanks to its compact concrete body and large oil retention capacity, the separator complies with PN‑EN 858 and provides effective environmental protection.
