Since 2013, Ecol-Unicon has been responsible for the comprehensive management of water and wastewater systems in the Municipality of Suchy Dąb. Under the Public Works or Services Concession Act of January 9, 2009 [Journal of Laws 2009, No. 19, item 101], we have been entrusted with tasks related to collective water supply and wastewater disposal, including the operation and maintenance of the water and sewage network along with the wastewater treatment plant in the municipality.

Our priority is not only to provide residents with high-quality water and sewage services that meet applicable norms and standards but also to create conditions for further development and optimization of the municipal infrastructure.

Scope of work

  • ongoing maintenance of water intakes, sewage pumping stations, and wastewater treatment plants
  • troubleshooting, inspections, and infrastructure maintenance
  • supply of drinking water and wastewater collection from both individual and institutional clients
  • technical consultancy on strategic investments in the water and sewage sector
  • signing contracts with service recipients
  • regular invoicing for provided services
  • operating a customer service point for municipality residents
  • issuing technical conditions and approving design documentation
  • water meter replacements

Implemented solutions

Thanks to a comprehensive approach to water and wastewater management, the municipal infrastructure is maintained in optimal technical condition. Regular inspections and maintenance services enable early detection and elimination of malfunctions, minimizing the risk of major failures and ensuring uninterrupted water supply for residents.

As part of our services, we have introduced process automation, monitoring systems, and remote failure notifications for key facilities, allowing for rapid response and optimization of the entire water and sewage network.

Access to key parameters of water intakes and the wastewater treatment plant from anywhere in the country enables performance analysis and adjustment of operating settings, leading to lower operating costs and more efficient use of human resources.

To further enhance system reliability, we have implemented a 24/7 emergency hotline, significantly reducing response times to failures and ensuring faster restoration of full network functionality. Additionally, bulk purchases of materials and consumable parts allow for immediate repairs, as most essential components are readily available. As a result, both repair times and operational costs have been reduced, contributing to greater stability in water supply and wastewater disposal.
